Pragati Sadana

Pragati Sadana is a seasoned product designer with over twelve years of experience in the handloom and handicrafts sector. A postgraduate in Product Design from the Indian Institute of Crafts and Design (IICD), Jaipur, she combines creative expertise with a deep understanding of traditional craft practices and natural fiber processing techniques.

Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with Self-Help Groups (SHGs), providing technical and design training to strengthen skills and promote sustainable livelihoods. As Director of Mumkin Hai Development Foundation, she is deeply committed to empowering women and marginalized communities — fostering self-reliance, confidence, and economic participation.

Executive Director

Mr. P.C. Panwar

Mr. Prem Chand Panwar, a retired Deputy Regional Marketing Officer from the Food and Civil Supply Department of the Uttarakhand Government, serves as Executive Director. With a distinguished career in public service and a strong legal background, he brings decades of administrative expertise, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to social welfare.

As the most senior and experienced member of the organisation, Mr. Panwar shapes strategic direction, works closely with the Board, and helps programme teams set high-impact community service standards — grounded in purpose, sustainability, and compassion.
